“Moments and events hold the key to our stories” - Inspired by classic French photography (Doisneau, Brassai and Atget), fine art portrait photographer Veronika Roux-Vlachova brings over 15 years of expertise in photography and a dynamic perspective which explores how humanity, specific moments and our relations with others shape our inner world. As a business women and founder of VRV Strategy & Development Boutique which operates in Montreal, Toronto, Paris and Prague, Veronika brings a unique passion for precision, structure and light.  She is also the co-founder and Vice-President of Toff Education, a French language learning program which includes the arts and literature.

Her fascination for people, humanity and emotions is present throughout her portraiture work where she brings forth her subjects’ essence and poise.  She strives to capture moments of thought and reflection where her subject is at peace with themselves and with their surroundings. Her use of natural light and space reflect her subjects character and captures a true perspective of the person being photographed. Capturing precise and unique moments.

Eternalizing precise moments in life is her purpose. Allowing us to experience the power of photography and relive the calmness of one moment in time.

Veronika was an executive board member for New York’s Young Photographers Alliance, and her portraiture has been exhibited for the Canadian Opera Company at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts (Opera Faces & Words). Her images can be found in private collections in Toronto, Paris, Prague and Montreal and the Czech Consulate in Toronto.
